Lasagna Love - Their moto is: Feed families, Spread Kindness, Strengthen Communities. They are a worldwide non-profit, and there are volunteers in our community. There is a simple site on which to request meals. Lasagnelove.org.
Bobrow Food Pantry – located at Oheb Shalom, 170 Scotland Ave, South Orange NJ. They are open on one Sunday per month. Call to find out exactly which Sunday, in a particular month, it is open, as well as hours. 973.762-7067.

National Council of Jewish Women - This resource is specifically designed for women. Some of their financial offerings come through supermarket cards as well as through Uber cards. They help women find employment through a variety of career services, including providing laptops. They offer legal services as well. Contact:

Domestic Violence Response Team – If you are dealing with the police in Millburn, you will be asked if you’d like have a confidential meeting with an advocate from Millburn’s Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT). The DVRT members are trained volunteers who will guide you through the options you have as a victim of domestic violence. The volunteer will discuss with you the procedures associated with the options you choose to take. Violence is NOT limited only to only spousal abuse.
Mom’s Helping Moms – You must be financially eligible (less than $27,750 annual income) to take advantage of their offerings. They are located in Warren, NJ and can supply you with diapers, wipes, clothes, high chairs, and other baby essentials.

Children's Services
Millburn Twp Schools – Applications for free and reduced lunch programs are distributed at the beginning of each school year. The list of children who receive free/reduced lunch is confidential. Applications are also available throughout the year.
Jewish Family Services (JFS) offers counseling services for children. Everything is confidential. Therapists are licensed professionals.

Back to School Store – Supplies for the academic year are available, at no charge, at pop-up locations in Essex County, including Millburn. Supplies range from a backpack of school supplies to winter clothing – all free of charge. This is for children K – 5. For dates and locations, call the National Council of Jewish Women.

Utilities and Service Providers - Contact your provider (i.e., American Water Company, PS&G, Verizon, car loan, etc.) and request assistance with paying your bill.
Mortgage – Contact your mortgage company/bank and request financial assistance.
NJ Shares provides financial assistance to financially eligible NJ residents. They will help with gas, electric, water, property taxes, mortgage, or rent.
